By accessing our website, creating an account, registering for a program, booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are registering another person, including a child or minor, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority to do so.

Any manually created or modified program remains subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed by Falcon Academy.
